Standard Shipping Costs
Due to increased shipping fees from Fed Ex and UPS, we have had to increase our shipping charge. We still pay more to ship your package then we charge you. We ship domestic orders using FedEx 2 Day for a flat rate charge of $9. Please allow 1 business day for orders to be processed, and in-stock merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days after processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Your order will usually be delivered within 5-7 business days. ‘Business days’ exclude holidays and weekends, and our shipping distribution center does not operate on weekends or holidays. We do everything we can to insure that orders are received on time. However, Society Boutique is not liable for problems out of our control such as inclement weather, UPS/FedEx lost packages, delayed delivery schedule or incorrect provided addresses.
All orders over $150 in the US will not be charged shipping fees. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/or weight. For Example art and pillows.
Free shipping only applies to merchandise; taxes and gift certificates do not count toward the free shipping total.
Express Shipping (2-3 Day) FedEx
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days after the shipped date. Most express shipping orders are processed within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
Changed your mind? Not to worry. You can return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice. We recommend to ship via track able method as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Prior to returning your items, please take a moment to review our policies. Beginning November 15th through December 24th, we have extended our return policy for the Holiday Season. You may return your items purchased between 11/15/21 and 12/24/21 until January 7th 2022. We cannot extend it past January 7th. Please see below for our normal return policy for web orders. In store returns will still be store credit only.
- Items must be returned within 14 days upon arrival.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
- We have the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric, and if it is outside the 14 day mark. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and sent back.
- Discounted and sale items are FINAL sale. Intimates (bras, bodysuits, tights), hair accessories, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are also FINAL sale.
- Damaged items, wrong items, or missing items upon arrival must be claimed by the recipient in an e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
Once we have received and accepted your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased online, excluding FINAL SALE items, may be returned in store for exchange or store credit only. You may return at any location within 14 days. Returned items must be accompanied by original invoice.
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Due to limited quantity and quickly moving inventory, we cannot guarantee that the item will remain in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order for the item and send the original item back for a refund.
Shipping Charges on Returns
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping charges on merchandise they are returning. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, if you receive merchandise that is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will happily cover the shipping costs. To receive a pre-paid shipping label, please email [email protected] and we will send you a shipping label. Print the label, place on package, and ship package back to us.
